Job summary

Canyon Ranch is redefining wellness travel with a global leadership position in destination wellness. The role supports personalized guest experiences by matching intentions with services, activities, and lectures, and by handling calls, consultations, and bookings.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience in health and wellness, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple tasks across shifts from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in health and wellness industry preferred; customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented.
• Guest-focused and aligned with Canyon Ranch philosophy.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts with flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Match guest intentions with the ideal combination of services, activities, and lectures.
• Answer calls, conduct one-on-one consultations, and book or adjust services.
• Gather, document, and follow up on guest preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
• Stay informed on company and departmental offerings through training and collaboration with other department heads.
