Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage, valet, and check-ins/outs.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for ranch amenities and local attractions.
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles and manage guest vehicle logistics.
- Set up and break down spaces for events and guest experiences.
