Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, judgment, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound decisions independently.
• Positive, approachable, service-oriented demeanor.
• CPR/AED certification and Clark County Food Handler Card within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest concerns promptly while upholding Canyon Ranch service standards.
• Manage and adjust Guest Relations team schedules for coverage.
• Control labor costs, support sales goals and promotions.
