Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest relations.
- Presents highly personalized guest experiences with attention to detail.
- Proficient with reservation and guest management systems.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with guests and tailor wellness itineraries.
- Coordinate spa, fitness, dining, outdoor activities and experiences.
- Provide concierge-style service and anticipate guest needs.
- Collaborate with Spa, Rooms, Culinary, Retail, and other teams to execute requests.
- Offer expert knowledge of resort offerings and lasting guest memories.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and optimize reservations.
