Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA, invites you to join our guest services team, delivering personalized wellness hospitality experiences and guiding guests through programs and services.

This on-site role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and flexibility to work 8.5-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Competitive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in health and wellness industry preferred; customer service experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong communication, listening, interpretive, and organizational skills; team oriented.
• Guest-focused with Canyon Ranch philosophy and exceptional service.
• 8.5-hour shifts with flexible scheduling 7:30 AM–9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Match guest intentions with ideal services and lectures.
• Answer calls, conduct consultations, and book or adjust services.
• Gather and document guest preferences for a personalized experience.
• Stay informed on offerings through training and collaboration with other department heads.
