Canyon Ranch offers guests world-class wellness experiences across its luxury destinations. We are seeking a guest services professional to warmly welcome visitors, assist with lockers, and guide them through spa and fitness facilities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic computer skills are required.
Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, assign lockers, and guide them through spa and fitness facilities.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in gyms, studios, courts, and pools.
Monitor outdoor pool area, arrange chairs/umbrellas, restock supplies.
Ensure guest safety by guiding use of equipment and facilities like saunas and whirlpools.
Stock towels and supplies to keep spaces ready and comfortable.
Anticipate guest needs and provide helpful information throughout their visit.
