The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Wellness Coach Level III to build personalized member relationships and support signature wellness programs. You will follow policies, safety guidelines, and YMCA values while engaging with members on wellness goals.

The role requires maintaining certifications (BLS, personal training) and staying current with Y-USA health guidelines, with a focus on high-quality service and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of advanced weightlifting and health/wellness concepts and the ability to demonstrate use of wellness-related equipment.
• Must hold and maintain a current National Personal Training certification from one of the listed certifying bodies.
• Must maintain BLS certification and renewals every 2 years.
• Strong customer service skills and personal commitment to service and hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily program tasks related to the wellness center scope and responsibility.
• Monitor and assist members, enforcing wellness center policies.
• Keep equipment clean and in good repair, reporting needs.
• Promote wellness programs and ensure high level of service to participants.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings and participate in wellness cabinet activities.
• Maintain incident/accident paperwork and report accordingly.
