Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company
• 3 years as a Registered Dietician or Exercise Physiologist or Wellness/Lifestyle Coach in a wellness-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of evidence-based interventions across lifestyle areas (tobacco cessation, weight management, sleep hygiene, stress management, nutrition, activity, maternal health).
• Oversee a specified member panel, assess health management needs, and refer to appropriate resources.
• Create care plans with goals and regular follow-up contacts for progress reassessment.
• Demonstrate clinical outcomes and cost savings from wellness interventions.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Participate in workgroups to improve wellness coaching programs and pilots.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
