Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior management role within a high-volume, service-oriented business.
• Oversee daily operations including staff management, scheduling, inventory control and compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, P&L analysis and financial targets.
• Recruit, training and mentoring of a diverse team.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals and drive marketing initiatives.
• Adaptability in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional service delivery to members and guests.
• Drive Sales and Membership Growth: Implement strategies to increase membership sales and retail product revenue, collaborating with the franchise owner to set and monitor performance goals.
• Manage Financial Transactions: Handle bank deposits, monitor financial performance, and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
• Oversee Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure product availability without overstocking.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including labor laws and licensing requirements for massage therapists and estheticians.
• Resolve Customer Issues: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.
• Develop and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of professionals, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching to promote professional growth.
• Schedule Management: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all business hours, adjusting as necessary to meet operational needs.
