Massage Envy in Chicago is seeking a motivated Clinic Manager to lead one of our Chicagoland locations. You’ll own the clinic’s performance, develop a high-performing team, and foster an environment where employees and clients thrive.

You’ll drive membership sales, retention, service hours, guest growth, and retail initiatives, while delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining strong clinic standards. Join a brand focused on people’s wellbeing and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development experience.

• Experience in management, sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or service-driven businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team of front desk associates, massage therapists, and estheticians through coaching, recognition, development, and accountability.
• Drive business growth by owning key performance goals including membership sales, retention, service hours, guest growth, retail, and skin care.
• Create an exceptional client experience that builds relationships, loyalty, and long-term wellness.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture where employees feel valued, expectations are clear, and great work is recognized.
• Own clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, inventory, client resolution, and overall clinic standards.
• Lead from the front by being visible, engaged, solutions-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Use the numbers to drive action —identify opportunities, set goals, coach performance, and hold yourself and your team accountable for results.
