Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verifications.
• Create financial worksheets.
• Deliver financial reviews with patients.
• Make product and supplement recommendations.
• Scan incoming insurance EOBs.
• Assist with marketing campaigns.
• Weekly patient reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage patient flow to ensure a great experience.
• Maintain patient accounts and collect charges.
• Maintain business office inventory.
• Perform other administrative tasks.
