Job summary

• Computer skills; experience with Matrix reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests at the Wellness Center, supporting a positive patient experience.
• Manages check-in, scheduling, and registration support as needed.
• Directs patients to locations and assists with escort services for wheelchairs when required.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries per organizational standards.
• Maintain lobby and public areas, report issues, and support patient flow.
• Adheres to policies, supports security and access control as needed.
