Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and patients at the Health and Wellness Center and assist with directions and arrival flow.
• Assist with registration, scheduling, and/or digital self-service as needed.
• Provide clerical support, answer inquiries, and relay information to the care team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hospital policies and safety standards.
• Support environment quality through routine checks and coordinating with security as required.
