Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Wellness Center Ambassador to warmly greet patients, assist with registration, and guide guests through the Center. You will support clerical tasks, manage scheduling, and help ensure a positive patient experience throughout their visit.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. A professional appearance and ability to handle busy environments are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of working experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills; experience with Matrix reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the Wellness Center.
• Verify demographics and direct to registration or scheduling.
• Assist with check-in, scheduling, and digital self-service.
• Maintain lobby area and enforce access policies.
• Support clerical tasks and patient coordination.
