CenterWell Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Float Activity Coordination Assistant to support day-to-day operations at the Wellness Center. The role includes scheduling rooms for classes, coordinating fitness activities, greeting patients, verifying insurance, and entering new patient data into the system with close supervision.

This onsite position requires travel to nearby clinics, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and emphasizes accuracy, organization, and a patient-centered approach in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
• Valid driver license and transportation required.
• Experience in a patient-facing role involving structured activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently under general guidance and collaborate within a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for classes and events.
• Promote and coordinate programs to provide members with varied fitness activities.
• Greet patients, verify insurance eligibility, and review new patient registrations.
• Enter new patient information into the computer system.
• Work under defined policies with supervision.
