Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Activity Coordination Assistant at the San Antonio Wellness Center to support daily operations and meet participant needs. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule rooms for classes and events, and enter new patient information into the system.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in administration, a valid driver's license, and experience with patient-facing programs. A health-related bachelor's degree and experience with wellness activities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a previous administrative role.
• Valid driver license and dependable transportation.
• Experience in a patient-facing role involving structured and planned activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance coverage.
• Schedule Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes/events.
• Enter new patient information into the computer system.
