Job summary

The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside will advise customers in selecting cannabis products and act as an ambassador of Cresco Labs' mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize cannabis. You will use customer service, product knowledge and adherence to state regulations to ensure a best-in-class experience.

Wellness Advisors are responsible for the customer lifecycle from check-in to consultation, order fulfillment to checkout, with compliance at the forefront of all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply product information in a consultative manner.
• Willingness to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the body.
• Regular physical ability to stand, move, and assist in a dispensary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Verify IDs and proper documentation for customers.
• Conduct consultations and handle questions or complaints; escalate as needed.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and their effects.
• Assist with order fulfillment, labeling, and accurate cash handling.
• Maintain compliance and keep accurate records per SOPs.
