Job summary

The Sunnyside team at Cresco Labs is seeking a Wellness Advisor to assist customers in selecting cannabis products and provide a welcoming, compliant shopping experience. You will apply product knowledge and excellent service to guide recreational and medical customers through our selection.

As part of a patient- and consumer-focused mission, you will greet guests, educate on product differences, verify documentation and IDs, and help process orders with care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and product education.
• Ability to communicate product information clearly and effectively.
• Comfort with upselling and cross-selling in a retail cannabis setting.
• Strong adherence to state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
