Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health management, exercise science or related field.
• Minimum five years of work experience in business or health management.
• Strong financial analysis skills and solid business acumen.
• Strategic thinking for wellness programming in corporate environments.
• Demonstrated leadership success with teams and goal attainment.
• Experience in financial reporting and executive-level communication.
• Public speaking and presentation skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of multiple fitness center locations.
• Assist leadership in establishing financial vision and strategic plan.
• Benchmark programming against industry leaders and client book of business.
• Coordinate marketing and communications with Site Leaders and ensure branding adherence.
• Establish operational and capital budgets for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with client finance to align on financial objectives and reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly financial summary reports and KPIs.
• Deliver Annual Business Reviews with strategic insights and recommendations.
• Build high-level relationships with Facilities/Building Services and other units.
