Job summary

Fronius USA is seeking a Welding Sales Representative to drive growth by selling advanced welding systems and services to new and existing customers. You will communicate product value, perform on-site demonstrations, and tailor solutions to client needs across industrial environments.

The role requires travel throughout the USA, strong welding knowledge, and consultative selling skills. A hybrid work model is available, with relocation to Northern California as needed.

Qualifications

• Passport required or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel throughout the USA.
• Experience in the welding field or related technical sales preferred.
• Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers via cold calls, trade shows, site visits and school visits.
• Generate new business opportunities from existing customers and other channels.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and respond quickly to their needs.
• Demonstrate welding equipment and provide real world applications discussions.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and reports with regional sales leadership.
