Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative (FSR) in Southeast Pennsylvania to lead welding equipment sales through solution-based selling and consultative dialogue with weld operators, engineers, and management.

You will demonstrate Fronius products, build a robust pipeline, travel throughout the USA, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to expand market share while upholding safety and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Valid passport and willingness to travel across the USA.
• Field sales experience or related associate degree preferred.
• Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits, and other interactions.
• Demonstrates welding equipment and conducts product trials to address customer needs.
• Develops account plans and maintains a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborates with weld operators, engineers and management on equipment purchases and upgrades.
• Documents customer activities in the CRM and coordinates with the Regional Sales Manager.
