• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Blueprint reading, cutting techniques and shop safety protocols.
• Familiarity with CNC and digital shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use, including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, measuring, layout and cutting.
• Use grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
