Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Welding Automation Sales Specialist to support our Eastern Coast Region through problem-solving, training, and collaboration with customers and distributors. You will leverage our full welding portfolio to identify growth opportunities and present value-driven solutions that produce measurable customer improvements.

You will drive automation sales growth, develop strategic account plans, and create impactful demonstrations and proposals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in welding or related industry with robotics, controls, and advanced welding processes.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation sales growth by collaborating with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Develop presentations and product demos to showcase solution value.
• Maintain clear communication with sales, distributors, end-users, and divisions.
• Collaborate with divisional resources to share insights on competition and customer needs.
• Manage territory effectively focusing on key accounts and activities.
