Role emphasizes mentoring the Sales team, providing on-site training, and coordinating fixed and robotic automation installations across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent welding experience.
• Five+ years in B2B or specialized sales.
• Reliable transportation with driver’s license and required insurance.
• Advance Airgas Advanced Fabrication Sales Methodology for capital equipment, robotics, and automation solutions.
• Provide knowledge on CNC cutting systems, robotic welding systems, and plasma/laser integration.
• Mentor the Sales team with onsite product and application training.

Responsibilities

• Visit internal field plants and client sites to evaluate welding processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose safer techniques and advanced technologies.
• Support and train customers on CNC cutting, robotic welding, and plasma/laser systems.
• Coordinate installation and servicing of fixed and robotic automation projects.
• Collect market trends and customer needs to position Airgas as a leader.
