Job summary

Airgas is seeking a sales-focused professional to grow Red-D- Arc specialty products, including subarc systems, positioners, manipulators, and welding equipment. You will lead lead follow-up, deliver professional presentations, and prepare quotes for end users and the field team.

You will expand automation sales channels, train the sales force, and coordinate onsite demonstrations. Strong welding process knowledge, automation experience, and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Greater than five years sales experience in Weld Process Sales.
• Strong background in all welding processes with special emphasis on automation and SAW.
• Certifications such as CWI, CWE, CRAW, CWS, NCCER instructor.

Responsibilities

• Grow the rental, lease and sales of Red D Arc Specialty Products including subarc systems, positioners, manipulators, turning rolls, heat treating equipment, blasting products and welding equipment.
• Follow up on sales leads, make professional presentations and prepare quotes.
• Develop and expand Company Hard Automation sales channels and train the field sales teams.
• Coordinate onsite setup of equipment and demonstrations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and trade shows.
