Job summary

US11342-AIRGAS Red-D-Arc Inc. is seeking a Cobot Specialist for the North region to drive rental, lease and sales of Bot X and cobots.

You will collaborate with regional Airgas partners and Red-D-Arc teams to install, train and support customers, expanding automation solutions across welding production environments. The role requires leadership, strong problem solving and independent decision making to grow our cobot footprint and maximize customer value through cross-selling and full solution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Five+ years sales experience in automation and/or weld process sales (rental experience preferred).
• Leadership: guide, mentor, and influence associates.
• Decision making: work independently and align with policy.
• Problem solving: resolve conflicts and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bot X rental, lease and sales growth with Red-D-Arc sales teams and Airgas partners in the North region.
• Own install, training and customer support for cobots.
• Lead cross-training with Red-D-Arc and Airgas Advanced Fabrication teams to expand cobot service model.
• Identify opportunities to grow BotX/ cobot rentals, leases and sales in met-fab and welding environments.
• Maintain CRM and nurture regional leads; deliver presentations and demonstrations to win new business.
