• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; required state-liability insurance.
• Advance the Airgas Advanced Fabrication Sales Methodology for capital equipment and automation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate welding/cutting practices, conduct weld surveys, and identify improvements.
• Advance fabrication sales methodology to grow capital equipment, robotics, and automation solutions.
• Provide expertise on CNC cutting, robotic welding, and plasma/laser integration.
• Mentor the welding specialist team and deliver on-site product training for customers.
• Coordinate installation and service of fixed and robotic automation projects with stakeholders.
• Collect market trends and needs to keep Airgas as a trusted industry leader.
