Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Weld Engineering or related field; 1–3 years welding/additive manufacturing experience.
• Experience building a certified welding program (AWS/ASME) and QA awareness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own welding and additive manufacturing procedures.
• Provide on-the-floor support to welders and engineers.
• Collaborate with NDE to develop weld inspection programs.
• Review processes and welder qualifications with the materials lab.
• Submit customer-facing work procedures for new/repaired products.
• Lead corrective actions and risk-based disposition of weld quality issues.
