Job Summary
The Welder / Fabricator is responsible for all welding, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of G&H Towing’s harbor tugs and facilities.

Required Licensure & Certifications
Valid driver's license required.
Working Conditions
Work hours vary based on business needs, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours. Travel may be required. Work performed in office and field environments.
Special Projects
Assist management with special projects and complete assignments within established timeframes. Perform other duties as assigned.
Behavioral Competencies
Physical & Mental Requirements
Physical abilities include climbing, bending, reaching, handling objects up to 75 lbs., and operating equipment. Mental abilities include professionalism, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Must pass mandatory training and maintain safety standards.
Worksite Environmental Conditions
Work may involve working alone or with others, irregular hours, exposure to noise, fumes, chemicals, and environmental variations. Travel may be required.
