Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business administration or related area.
• Equivalent education plus experience may be considered.
• Paid experience only; volunteer/internship not counted.

Responsibilities

• Schedules coverage for the welcome and information center.
• Ensures adequate departmental coverage to meet customer and team member needs.
• Reviews and tracks customer satisfaction results and trends.
• Processes payroll for bi-weekly direct deposit vouchers.
• Coordinates monthly team meetings with management.
• Composes and types routine correspondence to team members and coordinating departments.
• Utilizes and manages departmental programs and systems.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to team members, including coaching, coordinating work schedules, and supporting professional development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
