Job summary

The YMCA of Honolulu is seeking a Residential Clerk at the Central YMCA in Honolulu to provide front line customer service to guests and residents. You will manage the welcome center, handle the main switchboard, mail, cash drawer, and resident check-in/out processes, representing the Y’s values with professionalism.

• Ability to work with groups and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with computer technology required.
• People oriented, well organized, able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of program fiscal management preferred.
