Job summary

YMCA of Honolulu is seeking a part-time team member to deliver friendly member services, support program sales, and help maintain the facility and Healthy Lifestyles Center.

You will assist members with health goals, participate in childcare registration, and contribute to program operations. Strong communication and organization are essential, with CPR/First Aid requirements and training provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and mandatory trainings within the required timeframe.
• TB test required.
• YMCA mandatory training modules to be completed after hire.
• Prior customer service or health/fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services including membership and program sales.
• Monitor and maintain facilities and Healthy Lifestyles Center.
• Assist members in reaching health and wellness goals.
• Support registration for school year or summer childcare programs.
• Foster strong membership connections through personalized service.
