Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests on arrival and provide attentive and professional assistance.
• Assist guests with luggage and deliver to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms, explaining hotel amenities, property features, and services.
• Keep bell areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Support the front desk team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Provide directions, recommendations, and information about AvantStay properties and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
• Uphold AvantStay's brand image and service standards at all times.
