CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. DBA CCFS is seeking a Weight & Research Manager to lead the W&R team, ensuring accurate classification and weight representation across shipments.

You will protect revenue by verifying classifications, weights, and billing, while driving audits, safety, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Sales, Operations, and Compliance to maintain high standards, with a focus on NMFC guidance and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of NMFC provisions and classification concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Weight & Research team to drive accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee weight studies, NMFC classification work, and invoicing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance on classifications.
• Prepare KPI reports and present findings to leadership.
