Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in Durham, NC, is hiring exceptional restaurant managers for Hardee's.

You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead a diverse team, and ensure top quality, service and cleanliness. This role requires at least 2 years of management experience, availability for all shifts and weekends, and a strong ability to coach staff, control labor costs, and uphold safety and cash procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss procedures, safety, and promotions.
• Ensure inventory, cash procedures, and sanitation policies are followed.
