Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain equipment and inventory per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, safety, and training.
• Maintain cash procedures and reports.
