Aufgaben

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Achieve sales growth by maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Maintain profitability and adherence to company standards.
• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious working relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Lead meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and supply levels to meet standard requirements.
• Control cash handling and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Comply with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
