Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a Material Handler I, Operations in Colorado Springs to manage the flow of donated goods using powered equipment. You will greet donors and maintain safe, organized production areas while supporting recycling and outlet operations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 45 lbs without assistance and up to 75 lbs with assistance, and willingness to work weekends as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse material sorting and production experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate metal handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move, store and retrieve product.
• Sort recyclable materials into proper bins and ensure adequate materials for production.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety for staff and donors.
• Assist in other departments as needed and provide excellent donor service.
