Job summary

The Material Handler, Retail at Goodwill of Colorado will primarily move, store, and retrieve donated products in a production environment in line with warehousing procedures. The role uses powered equipment and requires maintaining an organized, safe workspace to support a smooth flow of goods to and from production and retail docks.

Ideal candidates have forklift exposure and can obtain required safety certifications. A pre-employment drug screen is required and the minimum age is 18.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience is helpful.
• Ability to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds productivity standards and KPI for duties.
• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift or related equipment.
• Ensure materials are available to minimize downtime in production.
• Prepare materials or storage containers to support production needs.
• Keep warehouse and trailers organized, stocked, and clean.
