Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a Material Handler I, Operations to work in production and warehousing environments. You will operate material handling equipment to move, store, and retrieve product while following Goodwill of Colorado’s warehousing, material handling procedures, and recycling guidelines.

You will greet customers and respond to inquiries in a professional, friendly manner. This role requires lifting up to 45 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs with a dolly, standing for extended

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse material sorting and production preferred.
• Goodwill Outlet/Warehouse or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move, store and retrieve product.
• Assist with outlet production and recycling processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Crosstrain in other departments as needed.
