Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a Material Handler I, Operations to work in a production/warehouse setting. You will operate material handling equipment to move, store, and retrieve products while following warehousing procedures and providing excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork, with opportunities to cross-train and support multiple areas. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred and weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse/material sorting or production experience preferred.
• Experience in Goodwill Outlet/Warehouse or equivalent retail position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move, store and retrieve product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure materials are available.
• Follow warehousing procedures and safety guidelines; respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Crosstrain in other departments and assist as needed.
