Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler, Retail to support our production flow by moving donated products in a warehouse setting. You will operate electric forklifts or pallet jacks to stage items for the production team, ensuring efficient matching with teammates and timely processing.

The role requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, with prior forklift experience preferred. Essential functions include maintaining safety, following procedures, and cross-training in other

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience is helpful.
Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification to safely operate equipment.
Able to lift up to 75lbs, use a dolly and pallet jack as required.

Responsibilities

Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and KPI for assigned duties.
Uses and becomes certified on pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift, hand dolly or other equipment to move and store donated product.
Prepare items for shipment and track products shipped and received at the retail center docks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a safe and efficient workflow.
