We are seeking dedicated and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to assist construction workers and tradespeople in completing projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker.

• Assist with installation of park structures, pergolas, signage, fencing, furniture, and other site features
• Help prepare job sites including basic grading, layout, and excavation
• Load and unload materials and tools; help organize and stage equipment
• Perform light carpentry, anchoring systems, concrete mixing, and foundation prep
• Assist with pond lining, decorative rock placement, and water feature installation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites, including tools and materials
• Follow daily work instructions and support the Crew Leader and Superintendent
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, levels, and grinders safely
• Report material needs, hazards, or equipment issues promptly
• Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a safe team culture
• Support other divisions or seasonal work as needed (e.g., snow removal, holiday decor)
• Other duties as assigned

• Employee must lift and/or move up to 50 lbs alone and up to 100 pounds with help of lifting equipment or another person
• Requires stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, control of hand tools, and other work associated with construction
• Outside work in all weather conditions

• 1+ years of general construction, landscaping, or related outdoor labor experience
• Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and safety practices
• Willingness to learn specialty construction skills and work with various materials (wood, concrete, steel)
• Dependable and positive attitude; strong work ethic
• Must be a team player and take direction well
• Must have a smartphone with the ability to download and use mobile apps

• Experience with light carpentry, landscaping, or pond/water feature installation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Interest in growing into Crew Leader or Skilled Laborer role over time
