Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler, Retail to support our production flow by moving and staging donated products using forklifts and pallet jacks. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and efficient material handling in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (preferred), the ability to obtain certification for powered equipment, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen required; 18+.
• Experience in storage, moving or shipping/receiving helpful.
• Must be able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed KPI for assigned duties.
• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift or related equipment to move and store donated products.
• Ensure material availability to avoid production downtime.
• Prepare materials and containers to support production needs.
• Keep warehouse and trailers organized, stocked, and clean.
