Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler, Retail to support our production and warehouse operations. The role involves moving, storing, and retrieving donated products using pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and forklifts, following established procedures.

This full-time position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, a pre-employment drug screen, and availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and use a dolly/pallet jack as required.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays with overtime as necessary.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and retrieve donated products following procedures.
• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift and related equipment.
• Ensure production areas have sufficient materials to minimize downtime.
• Prepare materials for shipment and track items shipped/received.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Follow company policies and participate in continuous improvement.
