Job summary

The Material Handler, Retail at Goodwill of Colorado in Littleton is a full-time role moving, storing, and retrieving donated products in a production environment, using electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

Responsibilities include meeting productivity KPIs, ensuring materials are available, preparing items for shipment, keeping the warehouse organized, and adhering to safety procedures; forklift certification is required or obtainable; prior forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience is helpful.
• Able to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification to safely operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds productivity standards and KPIs for duties.
• Uses pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift, hand dolly or other tools to move and store donated product.
• Keeps production areas stocked and organized to minimize downtime.
• Prepares items for shipment and tracks items shipped or received.
• Adheres to safety requirements and continuous improvement processes.
• Cross trains and supports other areas as assigned.
