WebstaurantStore seeks a Weekend Shift Manager to oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, loading, and inventory control. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time fulfillment while driving continuous improvement and staffing coordination.

You will lead teams, coordinate with department leaders, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies, fostering accountability and teamwork across the distribution center.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant warehouse experience is desired.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in outbound and inbound departments, including order picking, consolidation, packing, loading, and coordination of shipments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve goals and maintain high performance.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics for outbound operations and resolve issues as needed.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and performance expectations clearly to all teams.
• Lead meetings to review metrics, discuss improvements, and address employee relations.
