WebstaurantStore seeks an Inbound Operations Manager to supervise receiving and inventory at the distribution center, guiding managers and hourly staff to meet performance metrics and ensure smooth operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with the DC leadership on initiatives, develop leadership, and drive safety, engagement, and process improvements across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diplomacy and emotional intelligence for difficult situations.
• Customer-service oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations across multiple shifts at a large e-commerce DC.
• Lead front-line leaders and hourly associates; schedule and train.
• Ensure receiving and inventory control tasks meet metrics.
• Communicate policy changes and performance updates weekly/monthly.
• Analyze productivity, costs, and process improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop leadership bench.
