Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking an experienced Inbound Operations Manager to oversee receiving and inventory control for our distribution center. You will lead front-line managers and hourly staff, drive metrics, and partner with the DC leadership team to improve operations.

You will supervise cross-functional teams, adapt flex schedules, and coach leaders to achieve performance goals while upholding Safety and company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations management.
• Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations of an e-commerce distribution center across teams and shifts.
• Schedule and lead front-line leadership to provide direction and accountability.
• Manage day-to-day receiving and inventory control tasks.
• Collaborate with DC leadership to meet performance metrics and initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive culture.
• Lead weekly/monthly meetings to share metrics and project updates.
• Monitor metrics and identify issues to drive improvements.
• Complete employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
