Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in the United States to coach and train warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and provide backup to supervision as needed. The role focuses on safety, accuracy in inventory, and adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering reliable distribution operations.

The position requires forklift operation certification, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in distribution.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training (PIT).
• Conduct observations of performance and maintenance; report variances to leadership.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Complete shipping/tracking labels and other paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and ensure accuracy.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure readiness for SQFI, FDA and customer needs.
• Serve as backup to other warehouse roles as needed.
